Joe McGavin began his real estate career in 1972, during his Drexel University cooperative semester. After his US Army service, he continued his real estate career and earned his Broker’s license in 1979. During his Army service, Joe was able to maintain his real estate career, while he completed his BS degree in marketing and graduating Cum Laude with Second Honors.
